- None. Internet and data charges are yours. If your card is issued outside Japan, your card company may apply its own exchange rate and fees (we don't receive these).
- Payment
- PayPal, or a credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express) without a PayPal account, on PayPal's page. Card details never pass through our servers.
- When you pay
- In full when you order. One-time purchase; there are no recurring charges.
- Delivery
- Download the app (a .dmg file) from the page shown right after payment. Nothing is shipped. You can open the page again any time. See Delivery, Cancellation & Refunds.
- Cancellation
- Before payment is complete, just close the checkout page to cancel. Orders can't be cancelled once payment is complete. There are no recurring charges.

- Please report bugs by email. We fix them promptly and release the fix as an app update (download the new version from your original download page). If a serious bug on our side (the app won't launch, the downloaded file won't open, and so on) isn't fixed within 30 days of your report, we'll refund you in full.
- Returns (change of mind)
- Because these are downloads, we don't accept returns or give refunds for change of mind after purchase. Please use the free trial to check that the software works on your setup before you buy. If you accidentally buy the same product twice, contact us within 30 days and we'll refund the second purchase in full.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. None of this limits your rights under the law. See Delivery, Cancellation & Refunds.
